CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
B-Fit classes will have the same principles as our regular CrossFit classes (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) with scaled down weights or body weight movements.
Conquer @ CFBB is an obstacle based training program for anyone 8 years or older looking to test their skills on a variety of obstacle elements designed to challenge young athletes and skilled parkour freerunners alike.
Our CFBB Kids Program is for kids of all ages and abilities. We focus on teaching children healthy habits through exciting games and activities.
Our youth strength and conditioning program is designed to increase strength, endurance, stamina, and flexibility in our young athletes.
Participants experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session. Bootcamp workouts do not
incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.
Strong man by definition is moving heavy loads, long distances, quickly. Tire flips, farmer carries, yoke carries, atlas stones, heavy sandbags, logs, kegs, and more.
