Personal training is an excellent way to sharpen your skills and focus on problem areas you may be experiencing. Our private training follows the same functional fitness theories and methodologies that are practiced in the group classes, but may be a good option for anyone who has a busy schedule that conflicts with our class times or if you just want to supplement the classes to work on a specific goal like competing!

Trainers also measure their client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client’s improvements in physical fitness. We will educate you in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
