Coach Jim is on vacation for a few days, but here are some at home WODs you can do:

1. 4 RFT
Run 400m
50 air squats

2. For time:
75 hollow rocks
75 superman rocks
3 push-ups EMOM

3. 20 HSPU/pike press
30 pistols/bulg. Split squats
40 sit-ups
50 air squats

4. Run 1 mile
50 burpees
