B-Fit/CrossFit Lite


CrossFit Lite

B-Fit classes will have the same principles as our regular CrossFit classes (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) with scaled down weights or body weight movements. This simple, intense and FUN 45-60 minutes of core conditioning is a weight loss focused program.B-Fit classes will exclude the more challenging barbell lifts, handstand pushups, rope climbs, muscle ups, etc. and will focus more on basic cardio and bodyweight movements like pushups, air squats, sit-ups, running, jumping rope, etc. It will also include medicine ball, kettlebell and dumb bell exercises. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like, just a little lighter for those that enjoy more cardio driven workouts.These classes are designed for:

  1. Anyone who is initially intimidated by any of the standard movements of CrossFit
  2. Those that have taken a longer than expected “leave of absence” from the gym and want to ease back into the program.
  3. Those that want to work on cardiovascular and athleticism before focusing on strength or power.
  4. Any mom-to-be or new mom working to get their pre-baby bodies back.
